What our clients say ...
With decades of experience, we have successfully helped thousands of owners and their dogs to fill their full potential.
Buddy is a much loved family pet, but when he started showing lots of aggression towards other dogs, at 3 years old, I began to dread walking him.
We trained him easily as a puppy but after he turned 3 yrs old, his playful socialising off lead turned into aggressive fighting with some other dogs.
We were given some exercises, which we were consistent in applying and we began to notice small changes in Buddy’s behaviour. We were taught to lead this confident dog and not to be lead by him. And that’s all it was!
My behaviour around Buddy is more confident and in turn Buddy is learning I’m in charge. I’ve never raised my voice or struck my dog to get this change. I’m in control now on walks and although it takes time and patience to get this change in my dog, I’ll continue with the advice because I can now see what Buddy is learning from it.

Our 2 year old timid rescue dog, Marlon, started to growl and snap at my partner. We’d had Marlon for approximately 5 weeks. He’s quite a big dog, so it was quite scary, especially for my partner.
With guidance we came to understand Marlon’s behaviour and learnt some strategies to help. We applied the techniques and we saw results straight away.
It was helpful to have a plan written down and even when there were concerns we were able to ask questions, seek support and advice. This was both helpful and reassuring that we weren't on our own.
We have no concerns with Marlon snapping now and he continues to grow in confidence!
We’re very pleased we sought Sonia’s help and would highly recommend her services!

Frequently Asked Questions
Put your dog on a lead and work with a closed door to start. If your dog tries to push through, turn away from the door with your dog, and start again.
No not necessary to limit the fuss just make sure you call your dog to you rather than fussing them when they are asking. Dogs can very easily train us to do their bidding.
No not necessarily but don’t play when asked, you start the play and finish it. So, for example, if your dog brings a toy just ignore wait until he/she walks away then you can pick up the toy and start to play.
If your dog is trying to be in control of you at home then it is important to ignore for a few minutes and say hello to everybody else in the home first. If you live alone just ignore for a few minutes, put your bags down, put the kettle on etc., then call your dog over and give them a big fuss. This will also help a lot if your dog jumps all over you when coming back from being out. It is also a good idea to ask visitors to ignore them, for a good few minutes, when entering the property. A little bit of ignoring at the correct time really helps you have a calm dog.
This only applies If your dog is trying to control you. It is important, for a while, to set some rules and boundaries. There is no problem with having your dog sleep in the bedroom. Just place a bed on the floor for them and teach them the bed command as shown in the course. Once leadership is established, you can then start inviting your dog on the bed, when YOU want.
